5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you decide to cancel your policy, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the policy purchase date.
• To initiate a refund, please submit a refund request via our contact form or by contacting our support team at +6585087934.
• Your request must include your full name, policy number, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation.
• We will review your request within 14 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Refund amounts will be prorated based on coverage days used. Certain administrative fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
• No refunds will be issued after 60 days from the purchase date or once a claim has been submitted under the policy.
